PFS Cold Storage is dedicated to doing our part for the environment. From using alternative energy sources, efficient facility design features, improved lighting, and efficient refrigeration technology, PFS is committed to reducing its carbon footprint by actively seeking or creating new ways to produce real energy efficiencies.

Inverter Controlled Refrigeration Technology

PFS Cold Storage utilizes computer controlled variable speed compressors and fans to drive our refrigeration systems. These systems are being constantly monitored, both on and off site, to ensure that everything is operating at maximum efficiency rather than maximum power.

LED Lighting

Lighting is another area in which the company is striving to improve. Traditional warehouse lighting uses maximum power at all times and generates heat that must be removed from the rooms. PFS Cold Storage has upgraded facilities to fully LED lighting systems with varying brightness to reduce both the heat and power consumption.

Waste Reduction

PFS Cold Storage is also trying to reduce the amount of waste that goes into landfills by recycling pallet wood, shrink-wrap, cardboard, paper, and oil. Other programs include irrigating the defrost lines with reclaimed water from the rooftop condensers.

Eco-Friendly Refrigeration

Our HVAC system is run on Ammonia which is safe for the environment, with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) rating of 0 and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) rating of 0 compared to other CFC coolants. Our Heat Exchange system is State-of-the-Art and entirely imported with a cooling capacity of over 12,000 Metric Tons.

Case Pick & Assembly

We offer Case Pick and custom order assembly services for efficient and personalized order fulfillment. Our experienced team ensures accurate picking, packing and dispatching of your products to suit your specific logistics requirements. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Inventory Management

Our in-house software is custom designed to manage inventory control requirements, as well as day-to-day flow in a real time environment. Our system gives customers complete visibility of their stock enabling efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking at all times.

Warehousing & Logistics

We have a total area of 285,550 Sq. Meters and construction of 60,000 Sq. Feet. We provide warehouse storage in a full range of ambient and cooler temperatures. We offer bulk ingredient and finished goods storage and handling including totes, drums, and full pallets.

Frozen Storage

PFS Cold Storage provides superior frozen temperature storage with 30 Container (20 Feeter) capacity. Our frozen storage facility stores Dairy Products, Fruit Pulp, Pharmaceuticals, Poultry Products and Fishery Products at precisely controlled temperatures from 0°C to –20°C.

Chilled Storage

Whether you require long-term, high-volume chilled storage, PFS Cold Storage warehousing services can handle all of your cold supply chain needs. We have 200 Container (20 Feeter) Chilled Storage capacity which stores Dried Fruit & Nuts, Tamarind, Pharmaceuticals, Dairy Products, Fruit Pulp and Cosmetics at precisely controlled temperatures.
